The operational circle for independent ITSPs.
Yuimaru brings together the leaders of independent ITSPs (IT Service Providers — MSPs, integrators, managed service firms) inside a private, vetted circle. Find the right skills, exchange opportunities, and get technical help within minutes — without ever losing control of your clients or your brand.
Running an independent ITSP means juggling too many fronts alone.
A specialist skill needed urgently, a project too big for your team, a critical incident on a Sunday night, a client relocating outside your coverage area… Without an operational circle, each situation becomes a risk.
- Blind searching on LinkedIn or by word of mouth
- Fear of losing the client by subcontracting to a competitor
- No visibility into the skills available around you
- Opportunities going unfilled for lack of qualified hands
- Leaders left isolated on technical and business decisions
- A filterable directory of verified ITSPs, by skill and region
- A non-compete charter and clear rules on client ownership
- Tracked, peer-accepted connection requests
- An SOS channel for fast technical mutual aid
- A dashboard to steer your exchanges and partnerships
What Yuimaru changes for your business, from week one.
Yuimaru isn't just another directory. It's a circle of mutual aid, built for leaders who want to grow their capacity without growing alone.
Win more ambitious projects
Bid on tenders outside your usual scope by assembling ad hoc teams with trusted peers.
Resolve incidents faster
Post an SOS and get input within minutes from a peer who's already faced the same issue on an identical setup.
Cover areas you're not in
Hand off on-site work for a multi-site client to a local partner, under a clear subcontracting framework.
Put your rare skills to work
Your Sage, GLPI, M365 or cybersecurity expertise becomes visible to ITSPs with a one-off need for it.
Secure your partnerships
No more loose arrangements. Yuimaru formalizes requests, acceptances and the history of exchanges between companies.
Step out of the leader's isolation
Talk to peers living the same realities: hiring, vendors, margins, tooling, AI, cyber.
Six modules built for the real life of an ITSP.
Each module answers a need identified with the leaders of the circle. You only use what serves you, when it serves you.
Company accounts & profiles
A detailed profile per company: skills, technologies mastered, certifications, coverage areas, team size, languages, availability. A fine-grained visibility matrix lets you expose some information to the circle and reserve the rest for accepted contacts.
- Manual validation by a Yuimaru admin
- Full control over what's public
- Verifiable certifications
Directory & introductions
Search by skill, technology, region, language or certification. View the public profile, then send a connection request. Once accepted, you get contact details and can trigger a partnership.
- Multi-criteria filters
- Public profile respecting visibility
- Tracked request history
Shared opportunities
Post projects you can't take on alone and receive ones from your peers. A clear framework on client ownership, possible commissions and split avoids misunderstandings.
- Subcontracting framework
- Non-compete rules
- Zero Yuimaru commission
Technical SOS & mutual aid
A dedicated channel to ask the circle an urgent question: incident, configuration, vendor feedback. Available peers respond, a thread forms, knowledge accumulates.
- Average response time < 15 min
- A growing knowledge base
- Can stay anonymous on the client side
Company-to-company messaging
A private channel between connected companies to scope a project, align on an intervention or simply talk. History kept, notifications under control.
- Threads per company
- Attachments
- Targeted notifications
Leader's dashboard
A consolidated view of your Yuimaru activity: pending requests, opportunities received, ongoing partnerships, open SOS threads, profile and visibility. You steer — you don't just react.
- Consolidated view
- Actionable alerts
- Circle activity KPIs
From membership request to your first partnership.
Four simple steps, designed not to waste your time.
Request to join
Create your account and submit your company. The request goes to the Yuimaru team.
Manual validation
An admin checks that your company fits the framework: independent ITSP, credible, aligned with the charter.
Complete your profile
Skills, technologies, certifications, areas, availability, per-field visibility. You decide what the circle sees.
Connect and collaborate
Search, reach out, exchange opportunities, trigger the SOS. You're active in the circle.
A circle strictly reserved for independent ITSPs.
Yuimaru deliberately turns away very large integrators, pure resellers and players without technical substance. The goal: every member can both give and receive help.
- Non-compete charter between members
- Client ownership always preserved
- Data hosted in Europe
- Human moderation, no opaque algorithm
5 to 80 people, SMB/mid-market client base, committed to staying independent.
Deep expertise (cyber, cloud, business ERP, AI) looking for qualified opportunities.
Strong local presence, need national partners for multi-site clients.
Freelancers operating as a company, committed to service continuity.
An Okinawan word for a very concrete reality.
In Okinawa, when a typhoon passes, neighbors don't keep score of who owes whom. They rebuild together — each giving what they can, each receiving in turn. That principle has a name: yuimaru (結いまーる), literally "the circle of people."
Running an independent ITSP often means facing the Sunday-night incident, the missing skill, the project too big for one team — alone. Yuimaru applies that same logic to a circle of vetted peers, inside a clear framework that protects your clients and your brand.
An Okinawan tradition of mutual aid: neighbors help each other with nothing expected in return — harvests, rebuilding, hard times — each giving and receiving in turn.
What leaders ask us before joining.
Does Yuimaru take a commission on my deals?+
No. Yuimaru doesn't take any commission on opportunities you land through the circle. Here mutual aid isn't monetized: the platform is funded only by its members.
What happens if a member tries to poach my client?+
Yuimaru's charter is explicit: client ownership stays with the company that brought them in. Any breach is handled quickly and can lead to exclusion.
Who validates the companies that join?+
Every request is manually reviewed by a Yuimaru admin. We check the nature of the activity, the structure and the alignment with the circle's charter.
Can I hide certain information about my company?+
Yes. A per-field visibility matrix lets you choose what is public to the circle, what appears only to accepted contacts, and what stays private.
How much does membership cost?+
Yuimaru is currently in pilot phase with a restricted circle of founding members. Pricing is shared with you at validation time.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. You stay in control of your presence on Yuimaru. You can pause your visibility or delete your account at any time from your settings.
